The currency for all transactions on the website is QAR, the Qatari Riyal.

Orders above QAR. 399 qualify for free delivery.

For orders below this threshold, there is a delivery fee of QAR. 15 within Doha and QAR. 25 for areas outside Doha.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

We will happily do refunds, returns and replacement for most stationery products.

No refund or exchange is possible for specific quote based orders, specifically requested items and orders from outside the State of Qatar.

Returns and replacements also may not possible for office equipment, toners and ink etc. If any product is faulty on delivery, we will replace it with a new product.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

Cancellations are possible prior to goods being ready for delivery. Customer can cancel their order if the item(s) is / are not already out for delivery.

To request a cancellation, you are required to send an email to as soon as possible as we may deliver in stock items quickly.
